Clothing Drive for Haiti

WPC is conducting a summer clothing drive to help ameliorate the suffering of those in Haiti affected by the earthquake.  A bin for light summer clothing, shoes and flip-flops will be near the parking lot entrance until June 17.  Clothes should be new or in good condition.  Shoes or flip-flops can be in any condition.  150 pounds of the clothes will be personally carried by a Haitian family living in the area who are supported by the Deacons.  Any thing in excess of 150 pounds will be delivered by Shoes2Share.  For additional information, call Gary Klein (610-329-5991).  You can also view the article about the family delivering the clothes in the Delaware County Daily Times on Sunday, June 6.
